Today I want to continue my story about accessories…
In the last post I was sharing with you my assignment for the Parsons & Teen Vogue and my mockup of the clutch. Today I want to share with you a real clutch and DIY, plus an approximate cost for it.
You will need:
1. A couple of hours of your time.
2. 1/2 yd of any thick fabric. In my case it was denim from my husbands jeans 😜. 1/2 yd of lining and 1/2 yd if adhesive, to make our fabric more firm ( it will help the fabric to keep the desirable shape).
3. Trim in accent color (1yd), to make it look fancier. Trim in the same color as your lining ( it will help to hide seams and keep the shape as well).
Here’s my result😊, hope you’ll like it!
P.S. Approximate cost for my clutch is about $37.
And, as always, don’t be afraid to be creative!😉
